What They're SayingLusitanos is a South Florida team that started in 2004 and has grown to be one of the top ten teams in Florida. With the Leadership of Ricardo de Melo Gomes, Club President and guidance of assistant coach Limdonar Botelho this team has developed some high quality players making it a hard team to beat. The year of 2007/2008, goal is start two new leagues " Beach Soccer League" and " US Premier Soccer League" and open a Soccer school .
The team is a diverse group of 22 players from various countires such as Brazil, Mexico, Uruguay, Haiti, Peru, and Argentina. This is year to watch this team shine! The will to win, desire to succeed and the urge to play are the keys to our success!

Our Mission:Reaching one goal at a time
It is the mission of Lusitanos Soccer Club to facilitate the development of Brazilain and Portuguese Soccer in the US. We are dedicated to developing amateur players into professional players by providing a fun, high-quality soccer experience that encourages sportsmanship and the love of the game. Long term goals include the development of a youth soccer league for children of diverse ethnic backgrounds and opening a indoor soccer field for year round compitetion.
